HOW NOUNS WORKS

The Nouns treasury is decentralized and funded by a daily 24 hour auction where one Noun is sold to the highest bidder, everyday. Anyone can submit ideas to Nouns, but only Nouns owners can vote on proposals. The Goal — Proliferate the Nouns "meme" and complete the virtuous cycle, aka, the "Nounish flywheel".

*Anyone can submit ideas to Nouns as 'candidate proposals.' This allows you to gather feedback and vote signals on your ideas while seeking sponsorship from Nouns owners. Once sponsored, your idea can be fully proposed to the community. Currently, you need support from 3 Nouns to put a proposal up for voting.
